Struction Solutions trains field and in-office personnel for clients nationwide. Our classes are frequently updated to take advantage of the best, most recent conditions and considerations in the field today.

 

We offer Xactimate Training to prepare you to take the Level I, II and III certifications through Xactware. Through this program, you’ll get increasingly comprehensive knowledge of the pre-eminent estimating software on the market today. These aren’t our only classes- they also include desk adjuster/file examiner training. With this training, you’ll gain an excellent grasp of how to understand and evaluate property estimates for errors. 

 

We can take our training anywhere in the country, and also host live webinars to train people remotely. Furthermore, Struction Solutions offers large class discounts to carriers, IA Firms, TPAs, government agencies, and government contractors.

 

We are currently preparing to upgrade our training classes to use state-of-the-art VR and AR technology. Furthermore, we are preparing our own LMS where you can access our courses 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. (This LMS has an estimated launch date of March 2022) Struction Solutions is always looking for the best way to prepare people for real-world situations and surprises.
